Pro-Agility: Start in a 3-point position straddling the start/finish line. Timing starts on your movement. You can start in either direction, however, you do finish at the same point. When you start, you must sprint 5yds touching your hand to the line, sprint 10yds to the other line, again touching the line with your hand. You finish after you sprint through the start/finish line.
L-Drill (3-Cone Drill): A course set in an L shape of 3 cones, each 5yds apart from each other. The first cone is the starting/finish point. You start in a 3-point position with your hand behind the line. On your movement, the timing begins. You sprint to cone #2 (where there will be a line) and touch the line with your right hand. Turn and sprint back to cone #1 and touch the line again with your right hand. You then will turn and sprint to cone #2, make a 90 degree turn right (dip your right shoulder) to cone #3. You will sprint inside cone #3, making a complete 180 degree turn around cone #3 (dipping your left shoulder) and sprint back towards cone #2. You will make a 90 degree turn at cone #2 (dipping your left shoulder) and sprint through cone #1. Time is stopped when you cross the line at cone #1. *You can not touch the ground with your hand on any turns around the cones!
40yd Dash: Time starts on your first movement.
Power & Strength
Vertical Jump: You will get three jumps, no step, using a Vertec.
Bench Press: 185lbs x reps, you will get one attempt.
